In combination with the maku-DieTool®, the internal deckling of a T-die can be automatically adjusted to different die widths. The steps required for this are triggered by pressing a button with the following procedure:

1. Loosening the bolts linked to the deckling
2. Move the deckling to the desired position
3. Tightening the bolts linked to the deckling
4. If necessary, readjust the undeclared bolts

The maku-DieTool® 9000 with a specially designed crossbeam is installed only to the two sides of a 8.5 m die for geomembrane film. The free hanging construction allows an easy installation of the maku-DieTool® . Also, due to the straightness of the crossbeam, a very high adjustment accuracy of the lip and/or restrictor bar is given.
